This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, protect and disclose the Personal Data we collect from or about you when you access, use or interact with our websites or the features and functionalities available through our websites, including https://connectedmind.me, and our related business operations (collectively, our “Operations”) and the choices you have associated with that Personal Data. For this reason, any Personal Data we collect or process on behalf of our Clients in connection with the Services we provide them are covered by our Clients’ applicable privacy policies and notices.

For clarity, we are the data processor and our Clients are the data controllers with respect to the Personal Data and other information concerning our Clients’ patients that are collected, generated and otherwise processed through or in connection with our Clients’ access to and use of our Services.
