Are there per-patient or per-test fees?
No. Each provider subscription includes unlimited screening and testing. There are no per-patient, per-screening, or per-test fees.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Connected Mind subscriptions are month-to-month, with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time.
Does every staff member need a provider subscription?
No. Provider subscriptions are for physicians, advanced practice providers, and other qualified healthcare professionals using Connected Mind in their practice. Medical assistants, nurses, front-desk staff, billing staff, and IT and admin staff do not need separate provider subscriptions.
What billing guidance is included?
Every Connected Mind report includes a billing guide with example CPT and ICD-10 codes, modifiers, fee information, documentation examples, and additional coding guidance. Billing activity reports help billing teams track which tests were and were not completed. The guide supports the practice’s existing billing workflow without requiring staff to search for the information separately.
How quickly can our clinic get started?
Signup is fast, the EHR connection takes about two minutes, and self-led training takes 10 to 30 minutes per staff member. A clinic can realistically be ready to use Connected Mind within a few hours.
What training and support are included?
Connected Mind includes self-led training and certification for providers, IT and admin, front-desk staff, billing staff, and medical assistants. Clinic administrators can track each staff member’s progress, and support is included with every subscription. Clinics also receive role-specific resources, including sample office protocols, standing orders, and payer appeal letters.
Are tablets included, and what tablets can run Connected Mind?
Tablets are not included. Connected Mind runs on Apple tablets capable of running the latest version of Safari and Android tablets capable of running the latest version of Google Chrome. Most clinics choose an Android tablet with an 11-inch or larger screen and a drop-resistant case. These setups typically cost less than $200 and are readily available from retailers such as Amazon. We recommend at least two tablets per provider, or three in busier practices.
