Before You Submit

Please read and understand the following before requesting account deletion:

  • You must cancel any active subscriptions before submitting this request
  • Your account cannot be retrieved after deletion
  • Account deletion may take up to 30 days to complete
  • Account data may exist in encrypted backups for up to 1 year
  • Identity verification may be required before deletion can proceed
  • De-identified screening data is retained for research purposes
  • Protected Health Information (PHI) is not retained after deletion
  • Business Associate Agreement (BAA) terms continue to apply

Can I undo a deletion request?

Will my organization lose access to my screenings?

Your organization retains access to anonymized, de-identified screening data for clinical and billing purposes. No personally identifiable information is retained after deletion.
