Does Connected Mind integrate with our EHR?
Connected Mind delivers reports to EHRs that support Direct secure messaging. Your practice uses its EHR’s Direct messaging connection to receive screening and testing results.
What can we choose to include in EHR delivery?
Your practice selects which reports to include and whether they arrive combined or separately. Report options include PDF, HTML, and LOINC-coded results. Everything is delivered in a C-CDA document your EHR can read. Standard settings are already selected and can be changed if needed.
Can clinicians review results in the Connected Mind portal?
Yes. Clinicians can review screening and testing results in the Connected Mind portal as well as receive reports through the configured Direct messaging connection.
Does EHR delivery work with remote screening?
Yes. Patients can complete screening and indicated testing through a secure remote link. The completed results use the practice’s configured reporting workflow.
